    • Bus Pass Information:

Dear Parents and Students of AVUHSD and 2017-18 Incoming Freshman:

 

Once again Antelope Valley Schools Transportation Agency will be selling bus passes for our high school transit bus riders for the 2017-2018 school year. Passes are required for all high school students riding a bus to and from school. These bus passes will go on sale at the Antelope Valley Schools Transportation Agency office at 670 West Avenue L-8 in Lancaster beginning July 17, 2017, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The student will be required to come to the AVSTA office to apply for their bus pass so that a digital picture may be taken.

Beginning Monday, August 14, 2017 a $10.00 Late Fee will be charged for each Bus Pass for the Fall Semester. Students will not be allowed to ride the School Bus without a valid Bus Pass.

Beginning Tuesday, January 16, 2018 a $10.00 Late Fee will be charged for a Bus Pass for the Spring Semester. Students will not be allowed to ride the School Bus without a valid Bus Pass.

Open Until Filled

$14.43 per hour, 5.20 minimum guarantee per day.Excellent Benefits. Type I and Type II Drivers needed.

 

Lead Mechanic– Shift/Number to Be Determined

Salary $3608.54/$3788.97, Great Benefits. A minimum of three years experience as a Mechanic II or Mechanic III; or 4 years experience in a qualified garage or shop as a general automotive mechanic familiar with all phases of both light and heavy duty vehicle repair and maintenance.
